Well, I was in Glasgow last weekend and had a great time, despite the weather. Our passports were not checked when we got off in Glasgow, which is unusual even
though Irish citizens don't necessarily need them to travel to Britain. They were checked in Dublin on the way back. That will be my last journey abroad
this year. I have one foreign trip booked for next year so far, which as it happens is around Easter, from March 26th to April 10th, so unfortunately I
won't be in Dublin when you come. I'll be in Israel. There is also a possibility of going to Poland next May, and I would hope to go to Glasgow again
next October, which is pretty much an annual trip for me. The last Monday in October is a bank holiday here, so it suits us to go away that weekend. Who knows
where else I may go next year.

decided on it - things could change yet. I might come sooner. |

The State Department told all veterans to get new passports without the Military designation on them because if we ever encounter a terrorist, we would be the
first to be killed so when we came back to the States, the state department issues us new 'civilian' passports.

Well Julia, unless there is a very major earthquake, I don't think Dublin will have moved, so you can get here at any time. The flight time will be shorter
than your journey to and through the airport. So it is very easy to come. I'll be in Dublin most weekends next year, so there is a good chance you'll
catch up with me.

Pilots are now required to complete one months basic training in a flight simulator of Julia's Fiat Panda going down the drive in reverse, Then and only then will they really experience what it's like to travel at speed, before they are safe to be let loose at the controls of a passenger jet.

It's all lies I tell ya'!! Rudo's just jealous sick that he can't drive as well as me.
Besides, Flukey had no problems traveling as a passenger in my car when Anne and I collected him from the airport. In fact I'm sure he must've said what an excellent driver I am, though I didn't quite catch it.

Julia. No need to worry. Flukey whispered in my ear, that you were an excellent driver.

Eh, Anne, when you start hearing voices, you should see a doctor.
