In fact, back when I was a teen, I would enter my photo in magazine modeling
contests. But alas, I was always rejected. 
I'm sure that my lack of the required height for modeling (5'7") was at least one factor. There is
some tallness that runs in my family, but unfortunately it totally skipped me.
