Don´t worry about yours, Jules, my result is lousy for a poetry quiz, I don´t think the questions were very fair (as if I would know where people were born etc., I´m not interested in these things). |

The church mouse got me.
The lucky guess was Innisfree. The educated guesses were which poet was yellow and glum, and which author published the 1996 book. Most people have failed: 26-48. ~ Bruce |

Not bad-but I am not very good as regards modern poetry! Love WB Yeats' poems and that one is one of my favourites!

Well, we just don´t like some things, it can´t be helped. Something either touches a chord in us or not. I like Auden, Eliot and Frost, especially Frost, so
your taste is excellent.
I love Frost´s simplicity (at least surface simplicity, if you know what I mean, his writing goes very deep). I recently discovered a Frost poem I did not know - don´t ask me how I missed it before - it was cited at the beginning of a novel ("trashy", popular novel, actually, LOL, shame on me): Fire and IceSome say the world will end in fire,
